Dr O’s Keto Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding Recipe!

I get asked all the time what I eat for breakfast and part of my daily routine is a high protein chocolate chia seed pudding. I make mine drinkably thin, but the liquid level in this recipe is adjustable to however you want! I weigh everything on a gram scale that gives mL, so the liquid measurements are in metric, full disclosure. This recipe makes one serving. Have fun!

  1. Mix everything in a cup or bowl or in a blender if you want it smoother.
  2. Put it in the fridge overnight.
  3. Enjoy by itself or with raspberries on top!
