I get asked all the time what I eat for breakfast and part of my daily routine is a high protein chocolate chia seed pudding. I make mine drinkably thin, but the liquid level in this recipe is adjustable to however you want! I weigh everything on a gram scale that gives mL, so the liquid measurements are in metric, full disclosure. This recipe makes one serving. Have fun!
Materials:
- 2 tablespoons organic chia seeds
- 100 mL Silk organic unsweetened soy milk (use any milk you like)
- 15 mL MCT oil (I use Protocol for Life Balance brand)
- 2 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 2 tsp allulose with monk fruit blend
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp creatine monohydrate (I use NOW Foods brand)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use the Amy Myers brand collagen based)
Method:
- Mix everything in a cup or bowl or in a blender if you want it smoother.
- Put it in the fridge overnight.
- Enjoy by itself or with raspberries on top!
